Dr. Chris Brown

Chairperson & Non-Executive Director

B.Bus (Accounting & Law), Masters in Business Administration & Doctorate in Business Administration (Commercialisation of Intellectual Capital)

Chris spent 35 years as a corporate advisory director of Chartered accounting firm William Buck (est. 1895) as well as holding directorships of public and private companies in Australia, USA, UK, China, Hong Kong & Singapore.

Chris provides strategic advice to a diverse range of clients in various industry sectors, including mining & energy, infrastructure, life sciences, digital & new generation technologies, capital markets and philanthropy.

Chris has a deep interest in personal mentoring and transformational change with true purpose. He is a current co-founder of several digitization projects.
Chris currently consults to clients via his own entity, Wildzen Corporate Pty Ltd.

Peter Why

Managing Director & CEO

B.Bus (Valuation & Land Economy) & Minor in Real Estate Management

Through his 30 years of local and international experience, Peter has developed a wealth of knowledge to assist decision makers of client entities from publicly listed companies to SMEs across a wide range of industry groups.

His capabilities include strategic planning, corporate and business structuring, real estate, venture capital and commercialisation of intellectual property.

Peter has often gone into assignments and businesses from ground-zero, which has included developing his own start-ups to commercial success, assisting the startups of others, chairing an international board and being the team leader of 25 personnel for a significant World Bank project.

Guy Perkins

Director: Sales & Marketing

Bachelor of Engineering, Civil. University of Western Australia

A stalwart and renowned name in the field of geospatial technology over 25 years’ experience key management positions at global organisations including ESRI (the world biggest mapping company), MapInfo, ER Mapper and Hexagon. Guy was part of the founding team of aerial imaging technology companies, NearMap and Spookfish. Spookfish was acquired by US-based Eagleview Technologies for $122 million.

Guy was a founding director of the Australian Spatial Information Business Association (SIBA). He was also a member of the Research Investment Review Board of the Cooperative Research Centre – Spatial Information and has been appointed as chair of the advisory board at Curtin University, School of Spatial Sciences.

Guy serves as a Board Member at Soar.Earth. Until recently, he served as a Board Member at Schrole Group, which was acquired by TES Global in June 2024.

Eamonn Darcy

Director: AI Technology

Masters in eCommerce

Eamonn has a passion for quantum physics and computing. He earned a master’s degree in e-Commerce from Murdoch University in 2001, where he was awarded the prestigious Achievement prize for achieving the highest academic performance of the graduating year. Additionally, Eamonn has completed four university certificates in Quantum Physics and Quantum Computing.

In 2018, Eamonn founded the Quantum Education Centre of West Australia (QUECWA) to promote and raise awareness of quantum physics and computing, particularly among young people. He authored one of the first courses on Quantum Computing in Australia in 2019, titled "What Makes Quantum Computers So Special?".

Eamonn is an active member of the UWA Advisory Committee for "Quantum Girls," the largest government-funded quantum computing project in West Australia. Eamonn consults on a quarterly basis on Generative AI at the Pawsey Supercomputing Research Centre where he writes and delivers the Generative AI Courseware.

Neil Prentice

Non-Executive Director

Neil has worked in a variety of management roles including 10 years with KPMG and PwC, as Advisory Services Manager for the Sustainable Energy Association and with multiple technology business as both a consultant and operationally.

Neil has worked with multiple startups and early-stage businesses with the commercialisation and scaling of their technologies, as well as understanding undertaking due diligence on technology acquisitions from early-stage businesses.

He has experience in government funding initiatives; as well as assisting, developing, commercialising emerging technologies, particularly those exporting to global marketplaces.
